Title of e-Resource: SOCI 2603 & SOCI 2613
Nature of the Problem: Reserves problem
Details: SOCI 2603 and SOCI 2613 Tia Dafnos was asking about the courses she had cloned. We did not receive any notification that she had cloned them. And for some reason the record cloned over but all the items disappeared. I said we would let her know when they are available. Do you have any idea why they disappeared and how we can retrieve them without having to enter all the data manually?
