Details: A student found an e-book in our catalogue called "The Handbook of Privacy Studies: An Interdisciplinary Introduction," which had links to both EBSCO and JSTOR access. However, in both cases, when visiting the provider's pages to access the e-book, there were messages indicating that we don't own the book:
From EBSCO: "Your institution does not own this book. Please contact your administrator for more information."
From JSTOR: "Your institution does not have access to this book on JSTOR."
