Nature of the Problem: Access denied
Details: Link to particular pdf found (Vol 29 [2010] 619-663} Ohshima & al
but error message after clicking on "pdf":
"This web property is not accesible via this address" "DDoS protection by Cloudflare"
The same problem when trying to download a pdf from the journal "Molecular Physics", also from the "Taylor & Francis Online" collection.

Notes: Issue discovered last Friday with a handful of providers having trouble supporting proxy access due to attacks on their end. Working to resolve the issue with the provider.
Users are advised to use the VPN from ITS to ensure stable off-campus access to Taylor & Francis content:
