    Hi, Karen. I'm thinking this was either a temporary glitch or that you might need to clear your browser cookies/history to start with a clean session.

    I just tried accessing the journal and had no trouble following the link and logging in with my UNB credentials when prompted by our off-campus login:
    https://login.proxy.hil.unb.ca/login?url=https://www.utpjournals.press/loi/cbmh

    Can you try again after clearing your browser and let me know how it goes?
