Title of e-Resource: Forrester - new account login issue

Nature of the Problem: Access denied

Details: There appears to be a problem with accessing Forrester content using a newly created account. The proper steps were followed for creating a new account and it permitted searching the site, but viewing full results was not possible. There are locks on Reports and Webinars content found in the result sets. Existing accounts are not having any trouble accessing content.
