Title of e-Resource: All EBSCO databases
Nature of the Problem: Access denied
Details: I cannot access EBSCO databases on the new uptown MBA campus in Saint John. I have only tried Business Source Ultimate and CINAHL, but I suspect this may be impacting all EBSCO databases. My best hypothesis would be that this new campus location, despite using an Eduroam network, may have a new IP range that is not currently included in our proxy or perhaps our information on file with EBSCO. This is a fairly serious problem as MBA students are currently working on final reports.
