Arthur R. Leisner [textual record]. -- 1934-1937. -- 18 cm of textual records.
Scope and content: This series contains a typescript copy of Leisner's, "Sir Charles G. D. Roberts as Mystical Poet," with handwritten notes and corrections, as well as 2 typescript copies of the completed, unpublished work. Leisner began this project in 1934 with the expectation that it would serve as his Ph.D. thesis. The University of Toronto subsequently rejected the subject as unsuitable for an advanced degree. This series also contains 2 original letters to Leisner, 1 each from Charles G. D. Roberts and Pelham Edgar about the manuscript, and a letter to library staff from Charles G. D. Roberts requesting that library facilities be made available to Leisner.
