Scope and content: This series documents the business activities carried on by the editors and staff relating to the production and distribution of the magazine and the management of the general office.

It includes correspondence, invoices, purchase orders, ledgers and account books as well as bank and employee records. Letters located in invoice files discuss subscriptions, the status of the magazine and other matters of a business and personal nature. The series consists of 5 subseries: 1. Distribution Files, 2. Invoice Files (Subscriptions), 3. Advertising Files, 4. General Business Files, 5. Banking Records. Subseries 1 is divided into two units: Bookstores and Atlantic Distributors.

Arrangement within each subseries is alphabetical.

Title based on contents of series.

One file was created by archivist from material which had not been filed by creator at the time of acquisition.
